Going Visual Events and Speaking Schedule:
Going Visual is published by John Wiley & Sons and will be available in bookstores nationwide on March 4th. It will be available Feb 15 from Amazon.com and BarnesandNoble.com, where it can be pre-ordered now, and from the PMA Bookstore starting Feb 20.
The February 2005 Issue of Photo Marketing magazine features an article by Sheila Pursglove entitled “Picture Power Authors of Going Visual show how to harness the impact of images”. That article is available online at www.photomarketing.com, under “Features”.
On February 19th Alexis and Bob will appearing at the DIMA Conference from 9:00 - 10:00 AM on Saturday, February 19th in Orlando, FL. The session is titled: "Going Visual: Using Images to Enhance Productivity and Profits." (Session D83) Here's how PMA describes the session: Alexis Gerard and Bob Goldstein, authors of the brand new book, "Going Visual - Using Images to Enhance Productivity and Profits," present the exciting results of their just completed two-year study which uncovered huge emerging markets for today's digital imaging products and services. They will explain how to spot these markets, and how to use "Going Visual" to sell into them. This session is sure to expand any imager's business horizons. It will be followed by a book signing.
On February 20th the publication of Going Visual will be officially announced at the PMA press conference, in the Mobile Imaging Pavilion.

On February 20th the PMA Show Daily will run a story on Going Visual written by Fred Shippey. The article features an interview with Alexis.
On February 21st Alexis and Bob will sign copies of Going Visual: - At the PMA booth 5245, Mon Feb 21st, between 1:00 pm 2:00 pm. PMA will offer a special discount to all attendees for the duration of the show
- At the International Imaging Industry Association (I3A)’s annual Spotlight Reception and Leadership Award presentation, at the Peabody Hotel 6:30 PM.
On February 22 Alexis and Bob will be interviewed, live from Eastman Kodak's booth at PMA on Dave Graveline's syndicated radio show " Into Tomorrow" on 'how technology is changing the way we live work and play. The show will Air on over 100 radio stations across country, including Sirius and XM satellite radio and world-wide armed services networks, and streamed over the Internet.
On February 23 Alexis and Bob will be interviewed, live from PMA, on “1370 Connection”, on WXXI-AM 1370 and wxxi.org/media.
On March 15 at CTIA WIRELESS 2005 (March 14 16) in New Orleans, LA, Future Image will host the first edition of Mobile Imaging Perspectives, a full-day Seminar to explore and explain the specific value chain of imaging within cellular telecommunications. The program will include a session on Going Visual presented by Bob and Alexis
